Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a slight whine noise in sixth gear. Verify if the customer is willing to re-evaluate the vehicle for 2,000 miles. If the customer is unwilling to reevaluate see the latest version of PIP5070 for transmission replacement.
