48040 Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain Cadillac CT6 vehicles, may have a condition in which a heater hose clamp at the right rear of the engine compartment may come into contact with the engine electrical harness. This contact may eventually wear the harness causing the engine to run rough and have the potential for an unwanted transmission downshift, or loss of power steering assist. Dealers will install a revised engine harness retainer, reorient the heater hose clamp if required and repair or replace any affected wiring.
