Summary

CADILLAC: ENGINEERING INFORMATION-FRONT OR REAR DOOR WILL NOTOPEN OR UNLOCK. DOOR LATCH ASSEMBLIES RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY HAVE BEEN TESTED WITH NO TROUBLE FOUND. GM ENGINEERING IS ATTEMPTING TO DETERMINE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE CONDITION(S) ABOVE.
