This Preliminary Information communication advises the technician that the 2013-2014 Cadillac ATS and 2014 CTS All Wheel Drive Transfer Case exchange program will be administered by the General Motors Product Quality Center. Dealer will need to contact the General Motors Product Quality Center for further assistance.
