This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a Forward Collision Alert inoperative, Lane Keep Assist inoperative, Adaptive Cruse Control inoperative, and Intellibeam inoperative. Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Codes B390D and or B101E set in the front view camera module. Technician will need to ensure that the Front View Camera Module bracket it is attached properly to the windshield and the camera module is fully attached to the bracket. Technician will need to reprogram the Front View Camera Module with updated calibrations in Tis-2-Web. Technician will also perform the "Front View Camera Module Calibration" procedure using Global Diagnostic System 2.
