I was driving down the intersate with my 8 month old baby during a rain storm and the wipers just quit, then started back and quit again. There wasn't a convenient place to pull over, and it ended up raining all day, I couldn't just sit there and wait for the rain to stop. This is happening everytime it rains, and I have tried to get information on a recall but everyone tells me that my vehicle is not included in the recall, well, it should be!!

We recently purchased this 1996 Blazer and due to it being used we are without warranty. The windshield wipers sometimes do not come on and when they are working they sometimes stop in the midst of a rainstorm. This is extremely dangerous and has caused us on more than one occasion the need to stop driving for our safety and other motorists. The air conditioner is hit and miss just like the wiper, but thank heavens this is not a safety issue only a comfort issue.
