When applying brakes pedal goes to floor, causing extended stopping distance, and resulting in a collision. Dealer cannot identify problem.

Periodically when brake pedal was pressed brakes would hit floor without vehicle stopping. When brake pedal was relieved, vehicle would come to an automatic stop regardless of speed of vehicle. This problem has caused minor injuries to consumer. Dealer has not identified problem.
