The front rotors are warping prematurely. I had a '95 Z28 which I drove much harder and never had a problem(55,000). The 1998 however, has failed three times in 25,000 miles.

Both front brake rotors warped and caused a vibration when brakes were applied, especially at freeway speeds. Both front rotors were replaced under warranty, but the new rotors have just begun to demonstrate signs of warpage again (11000 miles).
