Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have a flutter or buzz that occurs at 800-900 revolutions per minute with the vehicle in second or third gear. Dealer should communicate to the customer this condition is a normal operating characteristic of their vehicle.
