Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning system will not switch to floor mode. Technician will follow the repair procedure and illustrations associated with Mode Control Cam Replacement in Service Information and align the Mode Door Levers to the Mode Control Cam.
