This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about a replacement radio not taking a Service Programming System program. Some radio may show an initializing message displayed when attempting to enter the navigation portion of the radio. Technician will need to contact Techline customer support center for the initializing message. Dealer will need to replace the radio with a 2nd design radio.
