Impala LT 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 1,200 miles

my car wobbles on the road Chevy keeps telling me there is nothing with my car. I've had the car in at least 8 times since i got it .Chevy has replaced 15 new tires because they keep rounding out every 1200 miles .i only have 9700 miles on my car now im afraid to drive it . I don't know if a wheel may fall off or what .Chevy had a special tech look at my car all he did was tell Chevy to change my tires .i also wanted to know why my car was running rough . he checked that too said it was my fuel management system .i don't have one on my car that came in the 3.9 engine i have a3.5 .how can Chevy fix things when there own techs don't know about there own product

I have less than 30000 miles on the car and all four tires had significant tire wear on the sides. I kept the tires properly inflated accoring to the automatic tire pressure registered by the car. I had to buy four new tires! I did get the dealer to do an alignment when he agreed that the tire wear was excessive and probably the fault of the car itself. The car is rarely driven off hard surfaced roads. I immediately heard from others in our community who had the same year and model car and they too had excessive inner and outer tire wear. I believe Chevy needs to look into this because I don't intend to keep the car if I have to buy new tires every 30,000 miles!

Impala

  • Automatic transmission
  • 40,000 miles

I have a 2008 Impala that has 40,000 miles on the vehicle. I have had the front end aligned three times, I have put two sets of tires on the car and now am going to have to put a third set on. The tires wear on the front inner sides and outer sides, and the center of the tire looks new. The car does not handle very good in wet conditions.
