This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles with a low-volume, repetitive ticking noise coming from all speakers that may be more noticeable when listening to talk radio where there are breaks in the dialogue, allowing the noise to be more easily heard. Technician should not replace any parts for this concern. Engineering is currently evaluating this concern.
