When appyling brakes the pedal travels to floor, causing extended stopping distance. Cause unknown. The consumer stated that brakes failed causing an accident in which 5 people were injured.

Vehicle hit head-on. Air bags did not deploy. Side window shattered. Vehicle towed. After repairs, vehicle pulls to right/transmission does not work properly/ door locks go up & down when driving and braking is very hard.

Whenever brakes are applied quickly, eg., in a panic stop, there is no power assist and it is impossible to stop vehicle quickly. When brakes are applied slowly, they work fine. The brakes have always had this problem since the vehicle was new more than 3 years ago.
