There is a rattling noise in the steering wheel when turning like something is loose. Dealership serviced the vehicle twice before hearing the problem. Dealership indicated a part needed to be replaced and ordered the part. The consumer has been waiting for 4 months for the dealership to receive the part and install it. Pe04031_cat
