Wheel bearing premature wear is really disappointing. Will I face additional replacements after the warranty expires?

We'll see ☺

Hard to understand how a wheel bearing goes bad after 48K. Very disapponted to hear GM stopped including in the powertrain warranty after 2010 model year. Guessing they had too many claims and it became too large of a liability and went with a cheaper supplier.

Abs light on ..had it looked at pat Obrien chevy in medina oh ..was told abs is on because left rear wheel bearing is bad . They want $ 510.00 too fix ..what a joke. I don't think a bear should go bad at 40k miles ..should be covered. Apparently Chevrolet uses inferior products on the vehicles.
