Summary
16037 Service Update. If the seat is lowered to the lowest position, certain wiring harness routing may allow the seat harness to be pinched between the seat recliner gear mechanism and the rear height adjuster link. Individual circuits in the seat harness, including the side air bag deployment loop, ventilation function and lumbar support may be damaged. Dealers are to check the front seat harness routing and wrap the excess harness with a tie strap. If there is any evidence of wiring harness damage, replace the seat harness.
