Windshield wipers will stop at intermediate times and then start back working, sometimes the wipers will not turn on at all. I have contacted the dealer as well as the manufacture about this problem. There has been a concensus that there have been the same type of problems in other general motor automobiles that have been addressed but they told me that my particular vehicle was not affected buy any recall for this problem.

Driving home weather conditions hazardous due to rain and fog equiptment failure of windshield wipers totally unexpected. Vehicle has 44,000 miles under extended warranty $100 deductible can not get vehicle to dealer till next week so will not be driving it.
