radio only works 20% of the time

I bought a 2020 Silverado in January of 2020. The next day I was driving and the radio went off and it says searching for signal, it didn't come back on until the next day. I thought it might be a problem with the satellite signal co I called them to report the problem several times over the next few days. they finally told me it was a problem with the radio.

I took the truck by the dealer and showed them what the radio was doing and set up a appointment to fix the problem. The dealer couldn't fix the problem and they would report it to GM. A few days later I got a call from the dealer and they said that GM was aware of the issue and was working on a fix, he said it would take about 3 weeks. 3 weeks goes by and no fix so I called GM and made a complaint. GM told me they are working on the issue and would call me when they had a fix, weeks go by and no call and no fix. I called GM again a couple of times and always the same answer. the last call to GM was 7/31/2020 the man told me they still didn't have a fix and didn't know when they would. he also told me he was closing the file on the complaint. So I'm stuck with a brand new truck that doesn't have a radio'
