17028 - Customer Satisfaction. Certain vehicles, equipped with 6.6L diesel engine (RPO L5P), may not have had the Diesel Engine Owner Manual Supplement and/or insert installed at the assembly plant. Dealers will insert the Owner Manual Diesel Engine Supplement in the vehicle.
