Summary
Service Update. Certain vehicles that are equipped with a Duramax diesel engine, the engine control module (ECM) may not take the appropriate remedial actions if an exhaust gas temperature sensor becomes disconnected. Dealers are to reprogram the engine control module with a modified calibration.
