Truck has a vibration between 1100 &1500 RPM when going up hills it is bad. Was told by the dealer no fix, but all new Silverado doing it.

Consumer took vehicle to dealership four times for shaking in the steering wheel and column area, also when applying the brakes the pedal goes to the floor. Dealer indicates this is a design flaw, no remedy.
