This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a no crank. Technician will find Diagnostic Trouble Code B1380. Technician will need to check for aftermarket part installed into the vehicle. Technician should check all the power mode voltages with the ignition switch installed. If no after-market electrical devices are found and the power modes are incorrect, replace the ignition switch.
