Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a grind growl noise on the 1-2 shift that can be felt in the clutch pedal and brake pedal if applied during a 1-2 shift under light or normal acceleration. Dealer should communicate to the customer this condition is a normal operating characteristic of their vehicle.
