Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician that there was a temporary change to the frame coating on some vehicles. These vehicles will be painted with environmental coating rather than the normal frame wax. The environmental coated frames meet or exceed General Motors specifications for corrosion and no repair should be made.
