The air conditioner stopped working late in 2019. It started getting cold out so we didn't need it at the time. Covid 19 hit and I didn't drive the car for weeks on end. So didn't need ac. When we did have to use it the ac was blowing hot air. There was an extended warranty for 5 years 60K miles that we did not know about. We never received information on it. We have been to the dealer many times for other service related stuff over the years and no one ever mentioned or even checked to see if the ac unit was not working. We contacted the dealer to fix it under this warranty sometime in may or June of 2020 and was told no that this extended warranty ended in Feb 16, 2020. Contacted GM and asked the same thing. Good faith help would have been real nice. We are a few months over the 5 years, but well under the 60K miles. Is there anything we can do to get this covered under this warranty or get a recall on it. I have seen many many many people complain about the same thing as I. the car is a little over 5 years old. The ac unit shouldn't have failed so soon. Now I have to pay well of 1000 to fix it out of my pocket. I know not a safety issue, except heat exhaustion.....please do a recall on it, please!

I have a 2015 Chevy Tahoe that just randomly stops in traffic. I have taken it to nelson hall Chevy in meridian, ms and also to herrin-gear in jackson Ms. They have both said they can't find anything wrong with the vehicle. I went to another dealership to try to trade the vehicle and they won't take it because they claim there is an issue with the transmission. I have taken it in four times for the same problem. The most recent time was on 5/21/2020.

I own a 2015 Tahoe that I really want to like, but the problems have been one after another! I have had my window panels replaced 3 times. My dvd player stopped working. My A/C just had to be repaired for a leaking condenser, and now my back hatch won't open due to the motor going out. Oh...and I almost forgot I have been without onstar/ gps for about a year now because that is also broken.

The 2nd row dvd screen went black. I paid too much money and continuously drive GMC vehicles to deal with this problem I hardly use it an this has happened to lots of people. If your paying this much for a car, truck, etc it should be worth it not a piece of junk.

Since purchasing my vehicle in 2016 I have had multiple issues. I have always noticed a drip of oil in my garage that wasn't consistent and when telling my dealership about it they stated they would look into it and found nothing. I was driving down the road and the side door black fascia flew off, the dealership replaced 3 stating it was still under the 34K warranty. I had requested they replace/secure the 4th and was told it was fine and didn't need replacing. I returned for an oil change about 6 months later and reported the one that was not replaced is now loose and was told by the dealership I was out of my warranty period and would be charged an hour labor as well as parts, costing roughly $120. I then had my ac go out in summer of 2019 and had that replaced supposedly a recall. When I took my car to the dealership for an oil change in fall 2019 I mentioned my car was not stopping properly while braking and they informed me there was a current recall that would fix the issue and that was performed. I was still noticing the braking issues. In Nov.2019 I started to experience misfiring with the transmission and not shifting correctly. I made an appointment with the dealership and on the way to the dealership it worsened and I had to get it towed. I was informed I would not get a loaner car as all of theirs were out to people with parts required without an eta from GM. I was called 4 days later as I had not heard back and was told my car needed a replacement transmission as well as a new vacuum pump as this had failed and is the reason for the hard braking. The transmission was replaced and I was told to pick up my vehicle because the vacuum pump is on back-order without an eta and "I still have my ABS that will assist with stopping".

First off, my dome lights. They flicker on and off every time I hit my breaks or every time I turn my left blinker on. Secondly, my air conditioner! I live in a very hot and humid state. I have already fixed the A/C in my Tahoe once at the beginning of the summer. Now I am having the exact same issue as I was then.

Heavy moisture is accumulating in the front left headlight with no cracks in the light. It is causing the left front turn signal to malfunction with a warning on control panel. This is dangerous to driving when making left turns with no front turn signal and will cause an accident eventually to some owners who cannot afford to get it fixed. Chevy will not take ownership of faulty design, part, or system and wants owner of car to assume responsibility for repair costs which are very high on these faulty parts. The extended warranty we purchased does not want to pay for repair either why should the owner who has no control over the installation of defective system have to pay for it ? please help save lives from potential crashes.

Failure of A/C system with less than 60,000 mi. I didn't use the warranty because it happened during winter. I thought it just needed a recharge but it still doesn't work. Seems like a compressor. Pretty unsafe in the summer and I have read of lots of failures and repairs with the same defective parts.

The A/C compressor failed from a melted clutch. I took my Tahoe in for a alignment and the A/C was working fine 2 days later I had to take the Tahoe back to the dealer because the alignment felt off. The dealership checked the alignment and didn't find anything wrong with it. I picked up the car and noticed the A/C was no longer working. I took the Tahoe to another dealership to have it looked at because the previous dealership assured me they didn't cause the issue even though it happened right after I picked up the Tahoe, and the A/C was working when I brought the Tahoe into the first dealer ship to have the alignment checked again. Our Tahoe only has 50K miles and this issues should not be happening. I have read online and there has been many A/C issues with these model year Tahoe and GM even issues and extended warranty on certain issues with A/C, but there have been many complaints similar to mine and GM has yet to address them

My ac condenser is cracked and leaking freon and is not blowing cool air. I've read multiple thousands of complaints about the same problem on this model Tahoe and am wondering why there isn't a recall when so many are having the same problems with the condenser. Now I'm having to fork out $1200 to fix it on a newer model Tahoe with low miles and it's rediculous when so many people are reporting the same thing! please give it a recall!

I initially noticed difficulty with braking while backing out of a parking space at a very low rate of speed. The brake pedal became hard and the vehicle continued to roll backward, with full weight on the brake pedal. Approximately one month later I was in bumper-to-bumper, stop-and-go traffic and the brake pedal again hard and the vehicle continued to roll forward. This issue did not occur during normal driving conditions, only at low rates of speed and with frequent, repetive stopping. I took the vehicle to a local Chevrolet service department and they were unable to replicate the issue or identify the problem with diagnostic equipment. I was told by the service manager the problem was likely due to 'over use' of the brakes and the brake is designed to be 'pumped' rather than compressed for more than a few seconds. I took the vehehicle to a second Chevrolet dealership. The service department replaced the brake booster vacuum pump and this seems have resolved the issue. I was unable to drive my vehicle for approximately 2 months due to fear the brakes would fail. The vehicle has 54,000 miles and was purchased new from a dealership.

Having issues with braking. Occasionally at high speeds, but more often during lower speeds. The brake pedal becomes very hard to depress and meanwhile the vehicle is still moving, not allowing you to stop. Happens also going in reverse. Had a collision, hit the rear end of another vehicle yesterday morning during rush hour, 3/18/2019. I was slowing down to 15 mph, due to a red light, but brake pedal would not brake, becoming very stiff, making it impossible to brake, and stopped due to the collision. Luckily no one was hurt. Front body severe damage to my Tahoe. Police report has been filed. We bought this Tahoe in fall of 2017, and February 2017, took into the dealership due to the braking issues, nothing was found or done to the brake system. Tahoe is back at dealership as of today, and nothing has been found, according to Chevy techs

While driving 10mph or less the vehicle will not stop the brakes are very are and stuff will not allow you to stop nor while reversing! I've almost hit someone walking and someone car! I ran into our industrial fan in our garage because I couldn't stop. We almost lost our lives twice while my 7 year old daughter was in there becywe couldn't break. I've called dealerships and GM bout problems and they stated that they've had several complaints about it but it's not recall and that can not reimburse me especially if I ket a third party fix it. I'm unemployed and pay a note on this vehicle. I've had problems since I purchased it brand new! also the rear camera never work it barely work it's a very small one the dealership said they will install the regular one in that every Tahoe has because mine has a defect and it's not the touchscreen that all tables have and no parts for this one but GM wouldn't agree with it they've done everything to the back up camera and it keep going in and out and has to have updated my link radio. That's dangerous. As well as the brake cable keep slipping and causing major sqeaking when going over bumps speed bumps and etc. And the motor mounts still not fixed I've taking it several times about the major shake and vibration from it while at lights or still and they've changed them out shaved them down still no help so they were still waiting on GM to come out with a part to fix it. My warranty has expired now this all needs to be fixed and replaced I have a daughter and we are scared that something will happen. The brake issue had been going on for a year and eventually it gotten worse and couldn't stop at all. Brake pump and vacuum pump. What does it take for us to loose our lives for it to be fixed. I've had someone to fix the brake issues and it cost a lot and GM will not reimburse me please help I have proof and receipts of everything.
