When driving on a main highway if a bump is hit car bounces extremely too much. Really rough ride or bounces like a basketball down the road. Had a mechanic look at it and said the struts are locked up and need to be replaced. He said he sees a lot of the Chevrolet Tahoe's coming in with this same problem. Have not gotten them replaced yet but it is crazy how bad it has gotten recently.

Horrible, horrible ride. Front end very, very bouncy, I was just told I need both front shocks replaced, truck only has 60,000 miles. Cost of repair is nearly two-thousand dollars. GM is aware of the problem and issued a bullitien but refuse to pay for repairs because it is out of original warranty. This is a common and frequent complaint with the ltz models, and is a major safety concern as the vehicle is hard to control.

My wife and myself purchased a new Chevrolet Tahoe ltz in 2015. The first month the A/C had to be replaced, rac and pinion steering and rear shocks. The warranty covered the cost. 2016 of January the A/C started making noises and not cooilng, the front struts magnetic, ball joints and steering rack pinion went out. Third occurrence was in 2017 December the front magnetic structs again. We have had problems with this new vehicle from the time we purchased it. The suspension is horrible and we later found out there are hundreds of others with the identitcal horrible suspension problem. This vehicle is presently at 62K mile and needs front end suspension replacement. The warranty do not cover pass three years. There should be a recall on this horrible General Motors product. The vehicle is presently inoperable because of suspension problems and GM will not stand behind there product.

I have had this vehicle since June 2015 and had the Tahoe with autonation Chevy on several occassions. At one point it was there for almost 3 months. The front of the vehicle shakes at 77 mph on the highway. The entire front end shakes. They have changed the motor mounts, rear tires and they have aligned vehicle. They have found nothing. They offered to do a buy back but of course with a loss to me and I feel this is not my problem. I did not build the vehicle. Now after to speaking to the new service manager at my dealership they say there is an engineering defect. Please fix it is all I ask of Chevy. Can you please help"?"

2015 Chevy Tahoe ltz: Condenser and compressor went out stopping any cool or cold air flow in middle of a June. Must order parts directly from GMC. Parts estimate $3,500+ labor estimate $780. What's wrong with this picture? it's a leased vehicle. Chevrolet won't cover. Same 2015 Chevy Tahoe- at 111K, 4,5, and 6 gear failed. Transmission failed going up hill with my 2 year old in the vehicle! Chevy only covered a portion leaving me a $2K bill in April 2017. June 2016- I had taken my Tahoe (leased) only to one dealership when needing any maintenance. My records show I started complaining about sunroof bellows at 20K miles and the appliqus on both driver and passenger side doors. June @68K miles I had to replace sunroof, dvd player, bellows, and internal wiring. Also, drivers side strut. I spent over 2K on my Tahoe, only to notice the dvd player is not working.... again.

Car was vibrating when getting above 45 miles per hour. Thought wheels needed to be balanced. Once balanced, pulled trailer and vibration was extremely worse. Vibrating like we had the back window rolled down, but all windows were up. Went back to dealer in newnan Georgia and they hooked up a trailer to another vehicle and it had the same problem. We were told they could not do anything about it. We then bought new tires thinking it would help the issue. We have since bought two sets of tires, constantly having the vehicle tires rotated and balanced trying to minimize the vibration. We are currently up to 53K on the vehicle and very disappointed in the vehicle with the luxury price we paid. This all happened upon purchase.

I have taken my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe in several times for a vibration issue. First time it was mentioned on an invoice was August of 2016 but had been going on for months before. My vehicle vibrates at about any speed. The first time to the dealer they said they didn't think there was a problem. The second time they said that it is the suspension but there is nothing they can do about it. The vibration has made parts of the vehicle to rattle. The third time to the dealer they had to fix a light issue and a rattle between the passenger from door and back door. The vibration happens every where at every speed. Scariest on the highway though. Feels like the vehicle is going to "crack" in half. Scary.

There is a drone or buffering sound while driving between 40-55 mph. Regardless of the road quality. This is on a 2015 Chevy Tahoe ltz the dealer looked at it and said it was a tire out of balance, but it still makes the same sound.
