This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a "Service Front Camera" message on the Driver Information Center. Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Code U023A and or U026A set in the Instrument Panel Cluster and or Body Control Module. Engineering is aware of this concern and working on new software to resolve this concern. Technician should not replace any parts for this concern.
