At normal speeds vehicle would jerk. Dealer inspected vehicle on two separate occasions, and determined that four wheel drive switch and transmission needed to be replaced.please provide additional information.

After consumer took vehicle to the dealership for recall repairs, there was an extra gear placed in vehicle.. when thinking that transmission gear is in drive it is actually in neutral. Consumer spoke to dealer, and he told her " sorry you will have to live with it."
