This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about some vehicles may have a loss of communication with the Fuel Pump Control Module. Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Code U0109 set. Technician will need to inspect circuit 1540 at the left rear fuse
box for a loose connection, F2RA fuse for a loose connection, and main power feed to the left rear fuse box for a loose connection or any signs of arcing.
