This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have an audio cue volume is too high or too low when starting or powering down the vehicle. Technician can adjust the volume of the cue audio by pushing config button on the center stack and then select radio settings and then audio cue options. Dealer should advise the customer that adjusting the radio volume knob while the audio cue is playing will also turn the volume up and down.
