This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician with the steps to diagnose and repair vehicles with a Malfunction Indicator Lamp on. Technician may find a Diagnostic Trouble Code P0335 and or P0336 stored in the Power inverter module. Technician should attempt to duplicate the concern. Technician should clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code if the concern is not duplicated. Technician should follow published Service Information diagnostics for the Diagnostic Trouble Code if stored in the Engine Control Module or Hybrid Powertrain Control Module.
