This Preliminary Information communication advises the technician that some vehicles may have a radio that turns on unwanted at start up. If the radio was shut off before the vehicle was shut off and at start up the radio turns on, please communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience, and that General Motors is working on a solution for this concern.
