Summary
This Preliminary information communicates to the technician, thatthey may be working onaconcern of a rattle or pop noise during gas engine start. That if no codes or other symptoms are present, do notattempt repairs at this time. To advise the customer that GM Powertrain is aware of this concern and working on a resolution.
