Passenger side does not have any heat coming out of the vents, or defrosters. Only the far driver side produces small amount of warmth. Being that I live in Wisconsin, it has become hazardous for me to drive my vehicle in the winter for obvious reasons. Not being able to unfog, or defrost your windows is unbelievably dangerous! aside from the dangers of driving at times with only half of a clear windshield, my passengers and I freeze inside the vehicle during the winter! the only way to clear the windshield and passenger window is to periodically open the windows while driving, which only makes the inside temperature that much more unbearable.

The car accumulates debris below the windshield under the plastic tray which clogs up a drain tube which then makes the water flood back through the heater core into the passenger side of the car. Wetting the floor soaking the carpet and causing rust and black mold. I had it fixed once, but after investigation into the Chrysler cars that this is an on going problem with all their vehicles for yrs now. This needs to be recalled and this design flaw fixed. Either they need to have free maintenance of this or they need to have a separate tube for rain drainage and a different tube for ac heat drainage.. it has cause depreciation of my over all resale value of this car plus caused carpet padding damage rust and possibly mold in my car.. Chrysler keeps laying back on the owners saying maintenance problem.. and charging over 500 to fix it. It's not like an owner can easily clean this area it involves take apart the windshield wipers etc

The passenger side of the vehicle blows cold air while the heat is on. The driver side blows luke warm air, thus ineffectively heating the vehicle. I have been told this is a known problem with this model and is a defective heater core system. The estimated cost to fix is $900-$1200. Living in Michigan, and not having heat during the winter is a major concern for safety.

The dealership wants to charge me $1800 to replace the tipm, but I see other Chrysler models have been recalled for the same thing... except mine hasn't. this isn't just a minor inconvenience... it's very very unsafe: 'the fuel pump not turning off and burning out 'the airbags not deploying or deploying randomly 'the engine stalling while driving 'the starter cranks but won't start 'the horn going off at random times 'power windows not working 'doors locking or unlocking themselves my wipers, horn and lights go on at random times. At times it's while I'm driving.... sometimes it's while it's parked. The car doesn't even need to be turned on for this to happen. It's drained my battery a few times and now it's not even drivable. It started back in November, 2016, but has continued through the present. I haven't been able to drive it for the last 2 weeks.

On Nov 7 2016 at roughly 7pm, I was heading West on the 10 freeway location 34.065990, -117.993771, baldwin park, ca. Traffic started to slow to 45 mph then came to a sudden stop and I was the last one in the 4 car collision. My airbags did not deploy and. I feel that the brakes may be faulty for when I stepped on them as hard as I could it seemed to be more of a skipping stop. For the littlest bump feels like ur hydroplaning to a stop. Chrysler never informed me of any recall about the airbags though I felt they should of deployed. My car was in the shop till March so I havent had it back but a few months.

Car is stalling unexpectedly when slowed down or stopped at an intersection. Towed twice. Taken car to three different mechanics, including the Chrysler dealership. Paid over $1000 and still stalling. First two mechanics could not figure it out so took to dealership. They stated it was the throttle body and back brakes. Paid $960, picked up and didn't even make it home before it stalled twice. Not easily restarted. This car stalled on me, while 5 months pregnant and two small children in the car while turning left across the lane of oncoming traffic and another time so my husband in the middle of a busy intersection. I have researched that this is or has happened to many Chrysler owners and was rated low risk and not recalled. I would love to know how this is low risk?

The heater on the driver's side barely warms up works and there's no heat on the passenger side. Only cold air blows no matter what setting I have it on. This is not good in the winter months when is -2 degrees and the heater doesn't work on one side I was told the heater core was plugged and it can cost between $800-$900 to fix this is a known issue with Chrysler and it should be recalled.

The passenger side of my defrost/vents does not work--it remains cold even on high heat and driver side hot. The windshield and passenger window remain foggy or ice covered, or after removing the fog or ice it rebuilds fog or ice while traveling on highways while snowing, extremely limiting visibility. This winter has been quite difficult to drive safely due to this condition.

My vehicle has no heat coming from the passenger side vents. The heater core is partly plugged. I worked for Chrysler as a mechanic up until a few months ago. I have personally run into this same issue with customer cars as well as several other techs. Chrysler will not cover the repair due to it now being out of basic warranty.

My vehicle has roughly 54,000 miles. The heat does not work on the passenger side of the vehicle and is progressively becoming colder on the driver side of the vehicle. The car will not reach a warm enough temperature to be comfortable or to adequately defrost the windshield. This is a known issue to Chrysler and should be recalled. The parts involved are the heater core and radiator.

While I was taking off to drive my car, the car shut down. All the lights came on, then everything shut down. The car started, but I could not drive my car. I had to have my car towed. I was told that the alternator went out. This happened in September 2015. I was at a restaurant, leaving to go home. I paid $415.45 for a new alternator.

Vehicle stalled and would not start while driving (2 times )towed to dealer as (both times) tow driver could not restart. Dealer reported no computer codes and car started after car started on problem. There appears to be common safety hazard that has been experienced by many owners, that reportly Chrysler and NHTSA agreed upon a resolution to avoid a recall by Chrysler of this safety hazard in Sept 2012. Chrysler doesn't acknowledge and not sharing this information with dealers so they can take corrective action. Various attempts tried to resolve this hazardous condition have included replacing the powertrain module, camscope replacement, monitoring the on board with a copilot computer-which also showed no codes. The dealer did say that Chrysler suggested an additional module be added to the on board computer, but none of their customers returned a third or more times as previous attempts were unsuccessful and appeared to give up. This life threatening safety hazard needs to beinvestigated and resolved, as we were driving on a roadway and the motor just shut off., if this not resolved it will sometime cause injuries or deaths, which could end up with a recall something that Chrysler possible replacement of on computers.
