The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that after refueling, the vehicle temperature gauge indicated that the vehicle as overheating. In addition, the seat belt warning light illuminated continuously however, the seat belt was fastened. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the head gasket needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired but the technician informed the contact that there was also a water pump needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 62,000. The VIN was not provided.

Driver side seatbelt will not retract.

Within the last two months my passenger side seatbelt has jammed up twice. When it occurred I was not in my vehicle nor was I driving. I frequently have passenger seat riders and this problem indeed is hazardous. I spoke with a representative at landers Dodge and they didn't know what too do too resolve this problem.
