Queens NY, 11429 I complained again (see attached invoice #chcs169243). Vehicle again was checked and road tested. Tech stated vehicle operating as designed! now on 3/09/16 during my regular service after tech completed service and backing vehicle out of bay he noticed the hesitation/noise which has been their all the time. He informed the advisor that a diagnnostic needs to be done to see what the problem was. I agreed, he reported that the rear axles/drive neeeded to be replaced and if driven it my seize up. I'ved had my car serviced by only these two dealership, and after some( thirty services). Someone now is telling me that what I've been complaining about is now a drive/axles problem that no one until now has picked up.. please note I've been driving this car with this problem stated above for over ten years (51,152 miles).
