2005 Chrysler 300. Consumer writes in regards to unsatisfactory repair services at dealership. The consumer stated the air bag warning light illuminated. The consumer contacted the dealer in response to a recall notice. The dealer charged the consumer $67 and told him the air bag warning light had nothing to do with the recall they also claimed to have performed the recall service fix. On the way home, she noticed the turn signal lights were no longer working properly. A couple of days later, she started to hear a crunching, grinding sound when the steering wheel was turned. The vehicle was returned to the dealer. The technician did confirm, the turn signal lights were not working. However, he stated it had nothing to do with the air bag service. An inspection revealer a broken clock spring in the steering column.
