I got a recall almost a year ago for the ignition switch and about a month or so ago for the air bag. Chrysler has told me neither part is available. My car may start and it may not start for months. It's been towed several times after not starting while out or getting off work late. I feel Chrysler have put me in some very dangerous situations of being stranded. I don't and can't drive my car because of the recalls. I pay for insurance on a car I can't drive. I feel that Chrysler should buy my car back because it is no use to me and very inconvenient. I paid thousands of dollars for your product and this is how you treat your customers. Shame on you Chrysler corporation!!!!!!!
