My wife was backing out of a parking space when her car surged out of control, hitting a repair vehicle and grocery cart stand. Most of the right side of the car was damaged. The dealer has declared nothing wrong with the vehicle, but this was an uncontrolable situation and only by luck was no one hurt.

Consumer was pulling out of parking garage and put vehicle in gear and the vehicle pulled off on its own very fast, causing the consumer to crash into another vehicle. Air bags did not deploy. Dealer has been contacted.
