Video Routing Module (VRM) Enhancements For Rear Seat Entertainment System
This bulletin involves updating the VRM software level to 19.12.10. Customers may experience the following:Black screen on both rear screens. Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) remote control does not pair. When playing a video from a USB stick the video does not resume where itleft off after an ignition cycle.
