CAMERA / APPLIQUE, License Lamp (Rear Assemblies)
For 2021 RU with concern of Backup camera and/or steering wheel controls inoperative and DTC(s) B2299, U0264, U1045, U114D, U115A, U115B are present and technician finds water/corrosion in camera and/or light bar jumper harness. Requesting technician to replace both the rearview camera and license lamp applique assemblies. Please contact FCA Redacted Content to set up part return to QEC.
If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
