Consumer smelled fumes in the passenger's compartment. Dealer replaced fuel injection system. A recall has been issued on vehicle make and model, owner notification has not began.

O - rings on fuel tank failed also; Chrysler took no part in $500 repair of transmission;windshield wipers coming on by themselves again less than two years later.

Intermittently vehicle will stall out and die without warning. Dealer has inspected and replaced various parts of fuel injection system, and have not corrected the problem. Manufacturer has been notified. The customer had the vehicle serviced several times for various possible causes but the problem still exists.

Owner paid for both repairs. Was told by repairman on 12/01/99 that wiper switch is known to be faulty.

Service engine soon light appeared. Dealer checked for codes in system. Found multiple misfires. Checked and found #2 and #3 injectors faulty. Disassembled top of engine and replaced both bad injectors. Dealer also proceeded to perform complete tune-up on engine due to bad injectors. This tune-up done even after owners manual states that tune-ups only required every 100,000 miles.
