2008 Chrysler Town & Country. Consumer writes in regards to wireless ignition node module recall lack of parts.

The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired and the failure recurred. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 145,000.

Recall concern: I got notice regarding the wireless ignition node (win) in April of this year. I came to dealership and I was told the parts were not available and were on "back order". I checked again in June........still back order " August still back order " today 10/12/2015...still back order. This must be a vendor problem if not a mopar problem. Bottom line the parts are not being delivered. I have been told stories about 2 different customers being stranded because of this particular problem..
