On a second issue, I have defective brakes. Made numerous complaints to Chrysler and logged a complaint with you. No response and no cure. Finally worked with midas to understand the problem and finally found the flaw. Defective mounting surface for the brake roter. Can only resurface the brakes "on the car". brakes now work fine but it was not because of Chrysler.
