Re: recall P25. I took my car into Chrysler dealer this am. They said they did not have part. My car needs the parts for green lights. If I had blue lights, they have plenty of parts. I was told they had no idea when the parts would come in. First the technician told me to follow up with him in a few weeks. Finally he said he would order the part but didn't think there were any, anywhere. It would not help me to go to another dealer...no one has the part. He did not say anything about disconnecting the wires (as the message suggested when I called Chrysler). Not happy, I called the vehicle safety hotline and got a reference #763877. They told me to call Chrysler direct. After being on hold with Chrysler for an hour, I decided to write up this complaint. Where are the parts for the green light cars"?" I don't think there are any representatives at the Chrysler 800 number. Terrible service.

Since 8 or 9 months have now transpired since I could use my rear vent windows I am very disappointed. This seems to be an unusually long delay to replace a relatively simple component that requires less than 5 minutes to remove and replace!

System has to be disabled to prevent blind spot indicator lights on both mirrors to be constantly on. This seems to be a safety issue in that when the lights are on, driver can be distracted. Vehicle only has 50,000 miles.

This electrical problem has occurred 10 times since I bought the used vehicle in 8/2014. It has happened at stoplights and while I've been driving. All the lights on the dash go out, they all come back on like you are just starting the van and the windshield wipers go off as well. It has happened when I've been in park, making a left hand turn into oncoming traffic, driving down the road (45 mph) and waiting at a stoplight. Most recently on 2/6/15 it did it 2 times while I sat at the same stoplight. I have nothing additional hanging from the key fob and even tried the 2nd key fob I have and the same problem occurs.
