Car wont start, got a jump, next day same thing, got towed to the nearest dealer, they kept the car overnight stating it works(of course it works because they jumped it), got the car home and next day won't start again. Now I'm being told that they hear the horn malfunctioning but they can't figure out what is triggering it (didn't it have to pass inspector 8 or did they pass that station up)? They can't guarantee that I will be reimbursed for a rental because nobody that can make a decision works on the weekends I would have to wait until Monday.....We have wasted so much time on the phone that now there are no car rental companies open until Monday....At what point does the customer come first and then Chrysler wonders why their sales are declining.
