They have also told me they have no way of knowing when parts will come in and when they do come in they cannot hold them. They want me to continue calling and hoping that a part comes on. I have been trying to get this part replaced for several months. There has been no incidents with the part on my van I would just like the part replaced in a reasonable amount of time.
