Chrysler issued recall # P25/NHTSA 14V-234 in may of 2014 and to date has no resolution, or anticipated date, of having repair parts to replace the faulty switches. While the switch has been disconnected, I should not have to wait over nine months for a simple replacement switch to allow me to continue to use the feature of the vehicle for which I purchased. If they will not stand by their products then I will never buy their products again.

NHTSA campaign number: 14V234000 I have taken my vehicle to the Chrysler dealer twice to address this safety recall over the past 6 months. Both times, I am told there are not enough parts to execute the repair and we are on a waiting list. I do not feel Chrysler is meeting their responsibilities and failing to produce sufficient parts to repair the defect in a reasonable amount of time.
