The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Caravan. The contact stated that after two crashes, the vehicle was taken to a body shop and repaired. She heard a loud noise and began to drive the vehicle at an unknown speed. The vehicle continued to make noise and the steering wheel was loose and moved from side to side. The vehicle was very difficult to control. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and they stated that the power steering failed. The current mileage was 47,000 and failure mileage was 30,000.
